The mission was best known for its hides and blankets, and its inhabitants herded as many as 24,000 cattle and sheep.
Dedicated to the legendary "Coach Wooden" who today moved on to the bigger league. I was very fortunate to meet John Wooden during a presentation of his motivational philosophy, "Pyramid of Success." John was a class act who never compromised his beliefs or morals, and he was a genuinely passionate and compassionate man. Goodbye Coach, "Avoid the peaks and the valleys."
